1. About our products

We offer car dashboard idols, home and Vastu décor, and Rashi and Mulank bracelets. Every product is Siddh in your name by our astrologers and pandit ji before dispatch. The meanings and benefits described on our website are based on traditional Vedic astrology, numerology and crystal beliefs. They are shared for spiritual and cultural purposes and are not a guarantee of any specific result, and they are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.

2. Product images and natural stones

We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Natural stones are unique, so small differences in colour, pattern and bead size are normal and are not defects.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices and availability may change without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund for that product.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or an address we cannot deliver to. If this happens, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid.

5. Payment

You can pay in two ways:

• Online payment — UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

If an online payment fails but money is debited from your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within a few working days. If it is not, please contact us with the payment details and we will help.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy. Replacements and exchanges within 7 days of delivery are explained in our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Use of this website

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — belongs to Astro 88 Store and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Please do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, natural events or public holidays.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
