Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping on every order

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

2. Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 days. Before dispatch, every product is Siddh in your name and packed personally for you. Deliveries to remote areas, or during festivals and public holidays, may occasionally take a little longer.

3. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, so you can pay when your order reaches your doorstep.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 98103 61545 with your order number for an update.

5. Correct address and phone number

Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — before the order is dispatched.

6. Damaged or wrong product

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. It is covered by our Return & Exchange Policy.
